Martians Reunited

I am pleased to welcome all current and former Mars Associates to Martians Reunited. This initiative from two former associates fits well with the more open public stance that Mars is taking since our move to be known globally by one name – Mars.

This website will enable connectivity beyond the boundaries of the Corporation and fits with the work we have been doing to create a more open “Architecture of Participation”. In this way we can tap into the broad network, expertise and experience of former Mars associates, whether retired or working for other organizations. It will also allow us to share news about Mars and keep connected with associates who have played a big part in building the foundation of the success we are enjoying today.

Mars is a very special business, built by the Mars Family on the bedrock of the Five Principles. Our Brands, our distinct culture and the passion of associates makes this a really great place to work and creates a strong bond with the business. At Mars our principles free us to make a difference for the people whose lives we touch and the planet we strive to preserve.

Our network of associates continues to grow both through strong organic growth and through our recent acquisitions, including Wrigley. We now have more than 65000 associates around the world and through this website we will be able to connect with many, many more.

I look forward to learning how this and other initiatives can help build our wider network.
